Zayphire is an independent outside in customer experience advisory. The site describes that service and provides limited free tools. Nothing on it constitutes a binding offer; fees shown are indicative starting points and a specific engagement is agreed in writing.
The tools are provided free and without warranty. They produce indicative signals from limited automated analysis, not verified findings. Specifically:
You may run a tool against a website you own or are authorised to assess. You may not use the tools to attack, overload, scrape or circumvent access controls on any system, your own or anyone else's. Rate limits apply and we may withdraw access.
You agree not to interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or infringing content, or use the site to send unsolicited communications.
The Zayphire name, marks, site content, assessment framework and all original materials are owned by ZAY FUTURE LTD. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link. You may not reproduce the framework, scoring approach or substantial portions of the content for a competing service.
External names appearing on the site are the property of their owners and are used descriptively.
Content on this site is general information. It is not legal, regulatory, compliance, financial or investment advice. Zayphire assesses customer visible trust, confidence and compliance related experience signals; it does not provide legal or regulatory certification, security certification or penetration testing.
Zayphire assesses. It does not implement, and it does not accept commission, referral fees or revenue share from any vendor whose product might be recommended as a result of an assessment.
Findings produced during a client engagement remain confidential unless publication is explicitly authorised by the client.
The site and its tools are provided on an "as available" basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of them without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZAY FUTURE LTD is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site or its free tools, including loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
