That is the only thing Zayphire itself stores. It contains no identifier, is never sent to our servers, and is not readable by any other site.

Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, consent is required for storage that is not strictly necessary for a service the user has requested. The theme preference is set only as a direct result of you clicking the theme control, and the Turnstile item is strictly necessary to protect the form you are submitting. Neither is used for advertising, profiling or cross site tracking.
Clearing site data for zayphire.com in your browser removes the theme preference. The site continues to work; it simply defaults to the light theme again. Blocking external items may prevent the contact form from submitting, because the bot check cannot complete.
If we ever add anything that requires consent, we will add a consent mechanism before doing so, and update the version and date at the top of this page.
